NEVER pay for followers. Some people offer the service of paying for followers. These followers are usually bots or at the minimum accounts that will have absolutely no engagement with your content in the future.
Organic growth takes time, but it will reap dividends in the future. I would personally rather have 50 genuine and engaged followers than 10k followers who do not engage.
